Shipping Costs

Germany

Within Germany we deliver with DHL. The delivery time is 2 - 3 working days.

Shipping costs: 5,95 EUR.
From EUR 100,00 order value delivery: free of charge.

International destinations

We deliver with UPS to international destinations. The delivery time usually is 3 - 5 working days, outside of the EU it could last a longer delivery time.

Shipping costs for EU and Switzerland: 15,00 EUR.
Shipping costs outside the EU: 25,00 EUR.

Remark for Switzerland and destinations outside of the EU

plus import duties and fees for customs clearance - please inform yourself.

For organizational reasons we always charge German VAT at the current rate of 19%. We will not refund you the tax.

Terms of Payment

With us you pay either by SOFORT (bank transfer) (in preparation), by direct debit, credit card and invoice (via PayPal Plus), via your PayPal account and via AmazonPay with your Amazon account (in preparation).

For PayPalPlus payment methods debit, credit card and invoice you do NOT need a PayPal account, the terms and conditions for PayPal Plus apply (see here).

When paying by Amazon Pay, the terms of Amazon apply. More information can be found here.

If you pay in advance, we ask you to transfer the amount immediately after the order to our account. We will reserve the goods 5 working days before we release them again and can't guarantee the ability to deliver.

You will receive any repayments through the means of payment used for the order.
